St Mary Magdalene Littleton

Dear Church Family
Exciting News: have a look at this week's newsletter, via the link above, for possible dates for re-opening the church. And plans for a church household celebration are well under way, watch this space.
Online Alpha Course starting Wednesday March 10 at 8.00pm.
Discussion group via Zoom on Thursday March 11 at 7.00pm, looking at the book of reflections for Lent 'Rooted in Love'.
Please contact me for more details on either or both of the above.
You can follow our regular weekly live online Sunday service at 10.00am on Facebook and YouTube, from 9.45am or on Catch Up. (All our previous services are available on Facebook and YouTube and via our Catch Up page on this website.) And the latest Sunday service is available by clicking on the link above.
Our Prayer Meetings are held on Zoom every Thursday at 8.00pm, please contact me for the link. This week's focus is prayer for our young people as they return to school.
And we now have our very own Podcast, go to AnyMoreTea on Facebook. To find us on YouTube search for St Mary Magdalene Littleton or on Facebook it's www.facebook.com/stmarymagdalenelittletonuk.
Various groups are continuing to 'meet' over Zoom, WhatsApp etc so please contact the church office if you would like to be put in touch.
Two important Fund Raising Appeals are now well underway. We are in urgent need of funds to keep the church running and we also desperately need to update our Audio Visual capability. To make an online donation please click here. Or go to our Giving Page for other ways in which you can help. We appreciate that many of you may be facing challenges with your finances during this time of economic uncertainty but please rest assured that any contributions you can make will be used prayerfully and wisely.
In the midst of this time of worry and uncertainty our team of volunteers have been busy supporting those who need assistance. If you have any needs please phone 01932 562249 and do keep checking in on each other as mush as possible. And if you would like to discuss anything in complete confidence we have a Pastoral Team available on pastoralteam@stmarymagdalene.co.uk.
Please continue to support our local food banks if you are able to, click here for details.
Last but by no means least, as you know prayer is at the heart of our faith. As a praying community let's join together every day at 6:00pm in saying The Lord's Prayer. In that prayer we ask God to send his kingdom to earth and last time I checked there was no Covid 19 in heaven. We believe in a God who does miracles when we pray and right now our world needs one!
You are all so much in my prayers.
